He is the founder of The David and Company, a consulting firm dedicated to raising leaders forged in Character, Courage, Conviction and Capacity.

Drawing from a diverse background that bridges the military, business, and ministry, Emmanuel offers a unique voice in today’s leadership landscape. As a U.S. Navy Seabee, he embodies the discipline, grit, and operational clarity demanded by military life. As an entrepreneur and consultant, he brings sharp insight into strategy, systems, and execution. And as an evangelist, he carries a deep pastoral heart—committed to seeing people encounter truth, discover purpose, and live with eternal impact.
